Use Form CBF2 for any check request under $300 OR submitting a previously approved purchase (CBF1)

Please use Form CBF1 for approval before any purchases over $300 for items to be used at the church.

Please submit CBF1 - Purchase Order for approval accounting@corinthbaptist.us

Please submit form CBM1 to request any maintenance/repairs around or in the church.

For CBM1- Maintenance Requests- Please submit them to the Maintenance Committee at Maintenance@Corinthbaptist.us

Please submit a background check form to complete your background check every other year.
